The problem
The Catalytic Fund needed a public-facing platform for grant applications, programme transparency, and disbursement reporting — across a population with mixed digital literacy.

Designed a dual-surface product: a public information site and a private applicant portal sharing one design system.

Built a transparent fund tracker so citizens can see allocations and outcomes — turning the platform into both an application tool and an accountability tool.

Designed officer dashboards for fund managers to evaluate applications against programme criteria.

Carried over the visual system from Conecta to keep the family of FCID/World Bank products visually coherent.
